Tenant Screening - Screen tenants through multiple sources:
Credit History - Credit Check, Cross Reference with the Sexual Offender Registry, Financial & Criminal Background, and Employment & Rental History.

Prepare the Lease and all other required documents.

Conduct move-in and move out inspections.

Collect and maintain security deposits in a bank trust account as required by law
